- Leak testing detects refrigerant leakage over the course of one year
- Burst testing for structural integrity at extremely high pressures
- Vibration testing detects any pressure loss or material fatigue, especially at the mounting and hose-support brackets
- Temperature cycling tests help ensure the accumulator performs well under a variety of extreme temperatures
- Desiccant is tested for 100% moisture absorption capacity
